Bouley Bakery and Market

From the founder of noteworthy restaurants Bouley and Danube comes Bouley Bakery and Market (130 West Broadway, 212-608-5829) in NYC.  In addition to chef David Bouley's signature breads and desserts, are farm-raised meats, organic produce, daily fish from Cape Cod and 250 varieties of cheese from the famous Murray's all are available in the market.  Upstairs, the cafe that's - shock - upstairs, offers fare from roast chicken to sashimi, as well as cooking classes.
